No matter where you are or what time it is. ČP INVEST Online Plus service allows you easy, fast and secure control of your asset account, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever you are connected to the Internet.

From the comfort of your home or office, you can easily:

• enter the conversions between products (within the same currency and the company)
• enter and change the settings of the information services
• enter and change the settings of individual investment program
• enter and change contact details
• enter and change regular redemptions
• enter redemptions from the funds
• monitor current state and development of your investments
• monitor current development of open-ended mutual fund prices
• check whether requested transactions have been completed (for example subscription or redemption of shares)
• view and print out the current statement from your asset account

The above operations are provided free of charge, after a one-off payment of a security certificate with the validity of 12 months. You will pay for this certificate at the moment when you receive the cash on delivery consignment with codes.

How can I activate the service?

In order to use the ČP INVEST Online Plus service, you must have the Agreement on the Terms and Conditions for Subscription and Redemption of Sharesarranged with ČP INVEST. The ČP INVEST Online Plus service can be selected directly in this Agreement or using the Universal Application form. Based on the above two steps, a certificate will be generated for you, and the codes for its download and installation will be sent by mail to you. For safety reasons, this certificate must be installed to your PC within 21 days, after this period it will expire and become invalid. Minimum: Pentium 166 MHz processor, 48 MB RAM recommended - Pentium II or Celeron 400 MHz processor and faster, 128 MB RAM

Ensuring the service security

To download the certificate, you must know not only the codes received by mail, but also some personal information contained in the Confirmation of the Agreement. Once the certificate has been installed, the user can choose passwords, which will execute the certificate (i.e. these passwords are not generated and sent "from outside"). The passwords are authenticated always only within a particular PC – the certificate then communicates over the Internet encrypted, no passwords are transmitted over the network. At the same time in case of such applications for redemptions from the funds in unusually high volume, ČP INVEST verifies the authenticity of the shareholder’s command over the phone.

Service installation and control

Service installation is easy, moreover help is available to customers at the log-in page guiding them through the entire installation.

Note: If you already have a certificate installed and you want to install a new one, we recommend uninstalling the previous certificate before the installation of the new one. This can be done on the Internet in the menu "Tools - Internet Options - Content - Certificates." Here, click on the old certificate, and select "Remove”. Service control is easy and intuitive. Logout from your asset account

To log out from your asset account, you can use the "Log Out" menu item or close the browser window in a standard way. Depending on your browser settings, it is possible that your browser would temporarily remember the entered log-in details. To safely log out from your asset account, we recommend you to close all currently open browser windows. This will prevent any unauthorized access to your asset account.
